A manageable first partnership
Start with a small pilot.
A proposed starting point is one 60-minute workshop for up to 10 participants, with one workbook per household and a short evaluation.
Language, delivery format, group size, and pricing are agreed after we discuss your needs.
Supplemental educational material. This service does not issue a homebuyer education certificate or replace required approved courses. Participants choose their own real estate and mortgage providers.
